When you use provider features, Eventscape processes account details, provider profile information, listings, media, availability, leads, messages, reviews, campaigns, subscriptions, invoices, boost credits, analytics and support records. Public provider profiles, listings, posts, campaigns, reviews and disclosed business information may be visible to customers and search engines.
We use provider data to operate marketplace discovery, route customer inquiries, show performance metrics, enforce entitlements, process platform billing, prevent abuse, support moderation and provide customer-care tools. Analytics and benchmarking use existing engagement and rollup records and suppress small peer sets where disclosure could identify competitors.
Provider verification, moderation, audit, billing and legal acceptance records may be retained as durable business records. Operational logs are separate rotating diagnostics and are designed to avoid credentials, raw contact details, message bodies and raw payment payloads.
You may update provider information through the provider tools. Some public or transactional records may remain available or retained where required for customer trust, dispute handling, accounting, safety, fraud prevention, audit or legal compliance.
