Eventscape helps customers discover event service providers, compare listings, create event briefs, send inquiries and communicate with providers. By using the site, you agree to use the marketplace lawfully, provide accurate account information, respect other users, and avoid scraping, spam, fraud, impersonation or attempts to bypass platform controls.
Eventscape does not act as a party to customer-to-provider booking contracts and does not process customer-to-provider booking payments. Providers are responsible for the services they advertise and deliver. Customers and providers are responsible for confirming scope, availability, price, safety requirements and any offline payment arrangements before a booking is made.
Listings, reviews, messages, offers, posts and other content must be truthful, relevant and lawful. We may moderate, restrict or remove content or accounts when needed to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, enforce these terms or maintain the integrity of the marketplace. Paid placement is disclosed where it appears and does not guarantee a booking.
The platform is provided with reasonable care, but availability and search results may change. We may update these terms by publishing a new version. Continued use after an effective update may require accepting the new version before accessing affected features.
