Eventscape is owned and operated by Eventscape Africa LLC.
Providers may create profiles, publish listings, manage availability, receive leads, respond to inquiries, post updates, launch campaigns, buy subscriptions or boosts, and use provider analytics. You agree to keep profile, listing, pricing, availability, location, media and campaign information accurate and lawful, and to deliver any services you agree to provide directly to customers.
Provider subscriptions, boost campaigns and boost credits affect product entitlements and disclosed paid placement only as described in the product. They do not buy verification, alter review scores, guarantee leads or override review integrity, moderation or safety rules. Boosted and promoted results are disclosed to customers where required.
You are responsible for taxes, permits, licenses, insurance, staff, venue rules, safety practices and customer agreements related to your services. Eventscape records provider-side invoices and payments for platform products only; it does not process customer-to-provider booking payments.
We may review, moderate, suspend, restrict or remove provider content or accounts for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, customer protection, unpaid platform invoices, abuse, or violation of these terms. Where restrictions affect commercial visibility, the platform records the decision and provides the applicable notice or appeal route.
